USA offers 3 categories of Visa classes for Students, F-1, F-2, and F3 category.
F-1 is for a full-timestudent Visa, this visa class also permits students to work for 20HRS.
F- 2 Visas for dependents of F-1 class. Such as (Spouse, and unmarried children till age 21) and same-sex married couples.
F-3, visas for Border-Commuters.
There are two other categories of Visa- M and J category. M visa is for Non-Academic or vocational studies. J visa offers an International exchange visitor visa for participating in certain programs.

The cost varies in the region and states wise the living cost is between $5,000-$15,000.

For getting admission to USA Universities, candidates need to have GRE/GMAT along with IELTS Academic and offer letter from the respective university.
For Visa filling Candidate need a valid passport with six months or more validity tenure along with Form I 20, DS-160, Fees for SEVIS Passport size photograph with white background, and Non-immigrant application. Further documents depend on the university wise.
