Project Details
The Titagarh STP (ASP&OP) is a 9.45 MLD plant under the KMDA with major units namely Grit Chamber 3nos, Primary sedimentation tank, Aeration Tank 6nos, Secondary sedimentation tank 3nos, Recirculation unit, Sludge unit, Lagoons 3nos and Oxidation Pond. There are 3nos LS and MPS allied to the STP.
The major rejuvenation works executed here are:-
- Replacement of major Electro-mechanical units like Aerators with gear box, Sludge pump, Recirculation Pump, Flow meter, LT Panel, Fire Extinguisher, Penstock gate, Signage Board, Earthing Lighting Arrestor.
- The renovation works like desilting, plastering and restoration of major breakage including grouting of all tanks including primary and secondary settling tank, Grit chamber, aeration tank.
- The renovation of lagoons 3nos including desilting, embankment protection with Bullah pilling and slope at 1:2 and inlet and outlet renovation.
- The renovation of oxidation pond including desilting and embankment protection with laying of pipeline from STP to Oxidation Pond.
- The I&D structures at Bisalakhi Ghat, Drain near Khardah Bazar LS and Talpukur LS have been developed with installation of lock gate to resist the flow of wastewater in the river Ganga.
- Survey, drawing and execution of desilting, repairing and laying of network pipeline from 3nos LS to MPS to STP of 11.5kms.
- All renovation works of the 3nos LS and MPS with inlet and outlet repairing and other allied works.
- Ornamental works like construction of RCC roads, concrete roads, boundary walls and other beautifications of the STP, Lagoons, LS & MPS.
